I don't submit a lot of fan-art in here, but I wanted to make an exception this time- I mean, it's Captain Picard! Star Trek! Omgs!
I did in Photoshop CS5. You know what's weird? Photoshop worked better after having my computer hit the table very hard because of my butter fingers that were holding it :P (I was organizing my room, you know?). Oh well, it works better now!
I used this picture as reference (NO TRACING), btw (I don't have Patrick Stewart's number to pose for me...! Unfortunately <:/):
